'I am proud that I can announce the transfer of Tadesse Awerson from Eritrea Pro Cycling for an amount of 300k' said manager Jicky Nonkers to the reporter of the journal 'Eritrea sports'. Tadesse Awerson is one of the best Eritrean riders and has some amazing years to come. 'I have no idea which language he speaks but hopefully he can talk a little bit English. I am sure he will get used to the team very quick'. Some have their doubts about the presence of an African rider in team 'NJ procycling', but it would be amazing for the country if he does well. 'Unfortunately I had to say goodbye to two amazing people that have been riding for a very long time in the team. I hope Jeff Nolan (transferred to 'depadvinders') and Jonathan Skibby ('Cycling and kebab'), trained myself, have a very good time at their new teams. I wish them a lot of luck' , said the manager, blinking a tear out of his eye.

yeah it's because he jumped to 49.125 AV
As far as I know he is maxed. He increased 1 point in FR in training, immediately when he joined my team. I agree that his RV has increased around 20k, did not even notice that. That should be because of that point, but it seems a big increase indeed.
was / is he unmaxed ? 20k RV worth more now than at time of the transfer..
You will gain a great bennyfit from him.
